C.O.O.L. Avenue Kid's Explosions

Our Kids Explosion service will include, praise and worship, interactive games, stories, and object lessons.

We will also provide a time of interactive play on our inflatable games before and after service. This would be a good time to provide concessions.

We want to minister to kids ages 5-12. We will also be training teens to do the work of ministry. We need as many workers to come as possible as we will be having altar time and would like to have enough workers to pray for the kids individually. This program will minister to all who are willing to get involved. Remember Jesus said those who want to be the greatest in the kingdom of heaven must become as little children!

The total time for each service should be about three hours. One an 1/2 hours for service, and one an 1/2 hours for inflatable games and concessions.

We thank you for allowing us to minister to your children. In an effort to offer the best possible experience for everyone involved we ask that the host church do the following:

1.    Provide one meal a day for our team.

2.    Help  find lodging in the area, either with host families or a hotel.

3.    Promotion of the event by canvassing or advertising. We may be able to assist.

4.    Follow up with students after the crusade to encourage their walk with Christ.

5.    Access to a sound system, an overhead video projector, and screen.

6.    Usable power outlets for games

7.    Prizes and incentives. We may be able to assist.

8.    Registration materials (will train if needed)

9.    Volunteers to run games. We may be able to assist.

10. Altar workers. We may be able to assist.

Cost

Dexter Lake Church of God/C.O.O.L. Avenue Ministries want to minister to your children, families and community. We charge a fee to cover wear and tear on equipment and to build up our ministry to reach more kids. We charge less than it would cost to bring in a children’s evangelist. We also charge less than it would cost you to rent the inflatable games. We also are a ministry so we make exceptions for smaller churches who really want to make an impact on their children, youth, and adults.
We ask for a donation of 500 dollars a day plus a love offering for the event coordinator.
